1. Information You Provide Directly

• Usage, Progress, and Results: We collect and track user progression through courses and materials on the Services, time spent on activities in the Services, attempts and scores for any assessments, and any certificates obtained.  
• Location Data: We collect location information for tracking, verification, and local content relevance.

3. Information from Third Parties

• Other Users: Other users may share information with us that includes your personal information, such as your name, so that you can use the Services.  Please note that if you are sharing someone else’s personal information with Logic of English, you must be legally authorized to share such information on their behalf.

4. Information from Children

• We do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13 unless authorized by a School or Parent.  We do not require users under 13 to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to use the Services.  We do not enable children to make their personal information publicly available. 
• We collect and use information from children under 13 in the following ways:
  • Account information, such as name, username, email address, and photo may be used to create and use an account.
  • Content and usage information, such as the content that a student uploads to a class or information about their usage of the Services, such as the pages visited, amount of time spent, progress made, and certificates obtained.  We use this information to provide, track, and improve the Services.  
  • Device information and log data, such as information about the child’s browser, device, IP address, and operating system.  This information may be collected through cookies and we may use third-party providers to assist us in collecting this information.  We use this information to provide, track, and improve the Services.
• We disclose a child’s personal information as follows:
  • With Parents and authorized users from the School.
  • To comply with applicable laws or regulations or valid legal requests.
  • To third-party service providers that help us operate and improve our Services.
  • For the purpose of evaluating or conducting a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets.
• If you are a Parent or School wishing to access or delete a child’s personal information or to refuse to permit its further collection or use, please contact us by submitting a form through our Contact Us page. Any deletion action cannot be undone and will remove access to the course as well as delete any progress the child has made within a course, including but not limited to any record of completion of courses and certificates earned.

Please note that when information is aggregated or anonymized, it is no longer personal information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your personal information publicly without your consent. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Other Users: Your profile information (username) and other information you share in the Service may be visible to other users in accordance with your settings.
